		abstract={This research discusses about the movie ?The Greatest Showman?. The Greatest Showman tells about someone named Phineas Taylor Barnum which has been successful in reaching his dream became a showman that lead the great show. This thesis discusses about Phineas Taylor Barnum?s Character Efforts in Realizing His Dream Ending with the Successful in ?The Greatest Showman? Movie as the Reflection of Maslow?s Hierarchy of Needs through Intrinsic and Extrinsic approach. Intrinsic approach includes characterization, setting and plot, then Extrinsic approach through the Maslow?s Hierarchy of Needs. The method applied in this study is library research.  The source that are needed to support this study are taken from the movie ?The Greatest Showman? and sources that contain the theories of literature, theory of film and theory of the Psychology in term of book or internet.}
