The research follows a qualitative approach and employs a descriptive qualitative method to answer specific questions about occurrences in the data. The object of this study is the movie script of Stranger Things Season 4, written by Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer. The research data consist of various utterances spoken by different characters in the movie script. The finding of this research is that there are ten subtitling strategies utilized in the Stranger Things Season 4 movie script: paraphrase, transfer, imitation, transcription, dislocation, condensation, decimation, deletion, resignation, and expansion. There are 52 data used in this research. The data are divided into ten strategies; paraphrase 10 data, transfer 12 data, imitation 11 data, transcription 4 data, dislocation 1 data, condensation 4 data, decimation 4 data, deletion 3 data, resignation 2 data, and expansion 1 data. Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that the researcher requires translation strategies to achieve results that accurately reflect the content and context of the series.} }
