This research aims to find utterances in conversations that do not fulfill Grice's cooperative principle related to the rules of maxims used as a guide to find the types of maxim violations in conversations contained in the movie script "Fresh" (2022). This research uses the descriptive qualitative research method by carefully observing the movie script "Fresh" and categorizing the types of maxim violations found. The results show data on as many as 50 maxim violations found in the conversation. There are 22 types of violating maxims of quantity, 16 types of violating maxims of quality, 6 types of violating maxims of relation, and 6 types of violating maxims of manner.
