The research method used in this study is quantitative using the SPSS application. The sample in this study were 94 Palembang civil servants. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire method. The results showed that the motivation variable for continuing education (X1) had a partial effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means it had a significant effect on emplovee performance variables. The Remuneration Variable (X2) has a partial effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) with a significance value of 0.018 <0.05 which means it has a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable. Furthermore, motivation to continue education (XI) and remuneration (X2) simultaneously or jointly affect the performance of civil servants (Y) in Palembang City with an Fount of 77.563 and a Sign F value of 0.000 <0.05, so the regression analysis model is significant.} }
