abstract={This study aims determine how much influence the market ratio on the stock price of food and beverage companies in the IDX in 2014-2017 in term of Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Earnings Per Share (EPS) dan Price to Book Value (PBV). Research population used are Coal Mining Company that listed In Indonesia stock Exchange (BEI) in period 2012-2016 The sampling technique used in the researcrh, purposive sampling and 14 coal company selected as sample of this research. Analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis that includes classic assumption test, F statistic test, t statistic test and coefficient of determination test (R2). Results from the study showed that PER and EPS that have a significant effect on stock prices, while PBV has no effect on stock prices food and beverage companies. On partial PER. EPS, and PBV that have a significant effect on stock prices food and beverage companies For future research it is better to aad other variables that can effect stock prices}
