abstract={This research is conducted to know how effectiveness of implementation of management audit on human resource function especially on planning function, recruitment, selection and placement, employee training and development, employee performance appraisal, compensation, work safety and health, termination of employment and employee retirement at Maternal and Child Hospital Tiara Patrin Palembang. Methods of data collection using interview techniques, list of questionnaires and documents about the history of RSIA Tiara Patrin, Vision and mission RSIA Tiara Fatrin, Organizational S.tructure and SOP audit management of HR functions at RSIA Tiara Fatrin.Teknik data analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis method with the stage of record, said, classify and analyze datta and information in accordance with what happened, then draw conclusions and suggestions. The results showed that the function of planning, training function and employee development and employee performance appraisal function RSIA Tiara Fatrin bas not run effectively. While the recruitment, selection and placement function, the function of compensation, the function of protection of occupational safety and health as well as the functioning of termination and retirement function have been run effectively.}
