To find out how much influence Education and Work Experience on Employee Income on PT Penta Valent Kupang Branch. The population in this study is the entire object of research. In the sample engineering research used is census technique that is the technique of determining the sample if all members of the population are used as a sample of 18 respondents. The independent variable in this study is Education (X1) and Work Experience (X2) and the dependent variable is (Y) is Employee Income PT. Penta Valent Kupang Branch. Data collection methods use interviews (giving short questions). There are 18 samples in this study and processed using SPSS 16, inferential statistics with four tests, namely the classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). From the results of the study it is known that the Education Variables and Work Experience simultaneously or jointly have a positive and significant influence on PT. Penta Valent Kupang Branch is 63,7% and the remaining 36,3 is influenced by other variables including skiil, position, and others. Based on the results of the analysis it is recommended for employees to improve education and optimize productivity so as to support the wages or income received.}
