		abstract={The purpose of this study was to describe the financial management of village funds in teh naitimu village, west tasifeto subdistrict, belu district in fiscal year 2018. This study used descriptive qualitative data. Village fund are fund budgeted by the government through the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget which is specifically intended for village. A large allocation of village fund also brings losses to the government or the community itself if not managed properly. The results showed that the financial management of village funds in the village of naitimu tasifeto subdistrict west belu regency was included in the quite good category. It can be seen from each dimension of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. That is, the process of village financial management carried out by the village government of naitimu west tasifeto subdistrict belu district has not been fully in accordance with the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 113 of 2014 concerning village financial management. In improving the process of village financial management it is recommended to the village government to increase the use of information technologi, human resource competencies and understanding of the Republik of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 113 of 2014 concerning village financial management.}
