		abstract={The need for a place to release tired and tired after doing activities is increasing. One of the potential tourist destinations and attracts tourists is Fatumnasi. Mountain tourism destinations are very interesting and exotic with many tourist areas that cannot be visited in a day. Therefore, it is necessary to have a resort hotel that can accommodate tourists who will travel to all tourist areas in Fatumnasi. The resort hotel provided is also a resort hotel that describes the identity and characteristics of the locality or customs and customs and architecture of the local area. Researchers do planning and design with a survey directly to the field, to determine the feasibility of all existing facilities.
