		abstract={Multimedia application becomes one of the solutions in  supporting more optimal learning on rhythmic gymnastics.  In  Negeri TDM elementary school Kupang,the learning process  of  rhythmic gymnastics material on subject of Penjas  Orkes  still learningby using lecture method and guided by the  book is often constrained when studying the various basic motions of rhythmic gymnastics that  require  visualization  of movement.It is necessary to build multimedia application  in learning basic motion gymnastics rhythmic as the  Alternative learning  in  improving  interest  in  learning  as well as the students skill in practicing rhythmic gymnastics.The  method that used is the step method of  multimedia  development covering the concept, design, Material collecting, assembly, testing, distribution.After   going through the testing phase using the black box method, materialized multimedia learning implementation in form of animated characters which can  visualize  the basic of rhythmic gymnastics material, also can be usedas one the effectif learning solutions in school.}
