		abstract={Foreign tourists will bring a positive impact on Indonesia. But the existence of visas is often can be a barrier in community activities that cross the national borders. Therefore, the government finally issued a Free Visitation Visa (BVK) policy in 2016 signed by President Joko Widodo. But, with a positive impact, also comes some negative ones. This Free Visitation Visa (BVK) policy is often misused by several parties (individual or non-individual). In this study, the author will examine the action related to "Law Enforcement Against The Abuse Of Use Of Visa-Free Visit At Jakarta Pusat?s Immigration Office (Case Study Of Beng Beng Ong)?. This research is a normative-empirical legal research. The data source used is a secondary data source that is also strengthened using primary data sources. Where the data is obtained through existing laws and studies of several previous studies. This research was made using a systematic foundation of legal theory and also law synchronization. From this study, a result was obtained where the Beng Beng Ong case was a case called the Administrative Immigration Act. Where there is a violation in the mechanism of Free Visitation Visa at that time. So actually it needs to be done an improvement and review related to the mechanism of  Free Visitation Visa.}
