		abstract={Footwear industry in Indonesia is growing along with the development of the Indonesian economy. Indonesian footwear industry is growing rapidly with the entry of foreign investors, that specialized in producing footwear for export purposes. The condition begins with a shoe manufacturer in the country, which generally is a small industry ( home industry) and has now developed into a shoe manufacturer that is able to produce shoes international standards, in accordance with the development of fashion, especially in Indonesia today. In the design of this product, the author makes the system (working system) which can facilitate the flow of production activity of shoes based with cooling process, in order to become more efficient and maximum in production time and quality produced, which is adapted to the environment in the production area of the shoe factory observation.}
