		abstract={The creation of cinematography/film is regarded as a piece of works protected under the regime of copyright law. The objective of the protection under the copyright law regime to the owner or holder of rights is to prevent the acts which may potentially give rise to the adversity to the object of copyright. As technology and communication promptly developing, it indeed triggers the development of human knowledge in which to create and innovate. One of which is the internet. Through the internet networking system, we are able to access and manage a website. Website management oftentimes being misused by any party. The said party does not appreciate any pieces of works protected under the copyright law regime. The form of the said violation can be in the form of the presentment of film through the website conducted by the administrator. The presentment is free and commercial. The presentment of piece of works without any mutual consent given by both parties indeed adverse the object of the copyright as well as the holder of the rights. The holder of the rights does not receive any form of royalties. Under the new copyright law, it regulates the blockage of access of the websites which are regarded as violation of copyright. As matter of fact, the regulation has not been effectively imposed and it indeed needs further action to cope with the issues at hand.}
