The sample used is millenial employees with a total of 100 people and is calculated using the Lemmeshow formula. The software used is IBM SPSS with a significant level of 0.05. The results obtained for the job satisfaction variable are that there is a significant and significant effect on turnover intention with a t-count value of -5.645 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Then for the workload variable, the results show that the workload variable has no effect and is not significant on the turnover intention variable with a t-count of -1.647 and a significance value of 0.103 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the work stress variable has a significant and significant effect on turnover intention because it has a t-count value of 4.833 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, for the simultaneous test, the F-count value is 26.508, which is greater than the F-table value of 2.70 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is an effect on turnover intention and the coefficient of determination test has a value of 0.453 or 45.3% which it means that 45.3% turnover intention is influenced by job satisfaction, workload and work stress.} }
