		abstract={The Ministry of Defense is a government agency engaged in defense and security, the demand to work in a professional and broad-minded manner makes the ministry of defense provide learning opportunities for the employees which are then referred to learning task officers. In the implementation of data collection employees who continued their studies not yet use applications that make the staff who enter and print the data in trouble. The author aims to design a system that can make it easier for Ministry of Defense employees to record and print data on learning assignment officers. The system development method used is RAD. The method used to test the system is Blackbox testing and research methods using PIECES.}
