Athletes need good muscular strength to support a heavy movement. Athletes who have lower limb strength can help when running, kicking, jumping, and moving quickly. Therefore muscle strength can be increased by Pilates exercise. Pilates to increase lower limb strength in athlets sport game. The method used consists of library data literature review, literature collection using electronic database such as Google Scholar, Research Gate, Pubmed, and Science Direct in the period 2014-2020. From the literature search results, only 5 articles that meet the inclusion criteria, this article conducted a quality methodological assessment using The Physiotherapy Evidance Database Rating Scale (PEDro Scale). The research sampel in general shows a sigtificant value, P<0.05. After reviewing the literature with the result that 3 articles show a significant increase in lower limb strength and 2 articles do not show a significant increase lower limb strength.} }
