		abstract={This study is aimed at analyzing the use of code switching in the novel 
Perahu Kertas By Dee. The research is focused on the utterances of Indonesian -
English code switching in dialoague chracters in novel Perahu Kertas. The
emphasis of the study are the form of code switching.  
The data was got from saveral charachter in novel. The source of data is taken
from the  dialogue sentences of the novel Perahu Kertas By Dee. This study uses
descriptive qualitative that emphases on describing the detail of code switching in
novel Perahu Kertas besides There Two Kind of code switching Interasenetial
Switching and Intrasenetial code switching , based on The Result of The analysis
it can concluded  8 times Interasenetial switching and 32 times Intrasenetial
switching.}
