(3) Significant and positive influence of attitudes on the performance of Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Madiun. (4) The simultaneous influence of knowledge, skills and attitudes on the performance of Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Madiun. (5) Variable attitudes that influence dominantly on the performance of Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Madiun. The population of this study is 90 Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Madiun. The sampling method uses a nonprobability method. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results showed (1) there was a significant positive effect of knowledge on the performance of Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Madiun, (2) there was a significant positive effect on skills on the performance of Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Madiun, (3) there were significant positive effect of attitude on the performance of Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Madiun, (4) there is a simultaneous significant effect of knowledge, skills, and attitudes on the performance of Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Madiun, (5) attitude variables that have a dominant influence on the performance Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Madiun} }
