		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of seedling age and dose of ZA fertilizer on the growth of tobacco (Nicotiana Tabacum) kasturi varietas. This research was conductet in the are of the ground Basuki Rahmad Jember from September - December 2021. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) which was arranged in a factorial manner with two factors. The first factor is the does of ZA fertilizer which consists of 4 levels consisting of K0 = 0% (control), K1 = 5%, K2 = 10% and K3 = 15%. The second factor was seedling age which consists of 3 levels, namely P1 = 14 days, P2 = 17 days and P3 = 20 days. The data that has been obtained from the test results are then analyzed using the F test (Anova). If there is a significant effect, then further tests are carried out using BNT at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction between seedling age and application of ZA fertilizer had no significant effect on the parameters of live percentage, number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter and leaf are. Age 17 days significanty affected the stem diameter, and had no effect on the number of leaves, percentage of life, plant heigt and leaf are.
