ABSTRACT




This research was conducted to determine public perception of the existence of Chicken Slaughtering Houses in Kauman-Kopian Village, Gebang, Patrang, Jember Regency. This research was conducted from 30 January to 28
February 2019 in Kauman-Kopian Village, Gebang, Jember Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The results of this study note that the public perception of the existence of a chicken slaughterhouse in Kampung Kauman-Kopian Village, Gebang, Patrang, Jember Regency, some feel disturbed by the existence of the chicken slaughterhouse due to lack of attention to cleanliness, and some people say they are familiar with the activities of chicken slaughterhouses that have been many years running.
