		abstract={UD Sehat Sejahtera Bersama is a manufacturing company that produces beverages made from soybeans. The company is located on Jl. Parangtritis No.08, Tlogo Wetan, Antirogo, Jember Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the optimal amount of soybean raw material inventory, to analyze when the company should reorder, and to analyze the total cost of soybean raw material inventory that must be incurred by UD Sehat Sejahtera Bersama. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The results of the analysis in 2021 the average purchase of raw materials made by UD Sehat Sejahtera Bersama is 4,600 Kg with a frequency of 48 orders, a safety stock of 25 Kg and the company reorders when the raw materials available are 50 Kg. Meanwhile, if based on the EOQ calculation, the number of purchases of raw materials that must be ordered by UD Sehat Sejahtera Bersama in 2021 is 2,264 Kg with a purchase frequency of 24 times a year, safety stock is 173.31 Kg with reordering of raw materials when inventory reaches 323.31 kg. The total cost of inventory based on the company's cycle is Rp. 4,796,512 whereas if using the EOQ method of Rp. 1,548,486. Cost savings on raw material inventory control with the EOQ method of Rp. 3,177,026, so that it can be used as consideration for companies in using the EOQ method in controlling the company's raw material inventory.}
