		abstract={This research was aimed to determine internal quality of layer's eggs from
intensively and extensively raising layers to know egg yolks colour, contamination of
Salmonella's, knowing total plate count of microbes, calculate protein content and
Haugh units. This experiment was conducted in Analysis Laboratory in State
Polytechnic of Jember from February 2015. Factorial Randomized design was used
Randomized Complete Block Design continued followed by Duncan's Multiple Range
Test. The results showed that the raising layers method highly significant effect on
egg yolk colours, total plate counts and storage time and also protein content (p <
0,01). Result showed that Haugh units layers eggs from two raising layers methods
are not significantly different (p > 0,05), but the result of variance for during storage
is significantly different (p < 0,05). The test results of Salmonella?s on both raising
layers methods is negative.
