		abstract={Chili plants are plants that come from members of the genus Capsicum (Capsicum sp.). In Indonesia itself, there are several types of chili plants that have been cultivated such as red chili plants, cayenne pepper plants, curly chili plants, green chili plants, ornamental chili plants, and many more. In addition, chili plants are very popular with Indonesians and are an important food ingredient. The existence of information about chili becomes very important to support the increase in chili production and the determination of new chili varieties that are superior. Researchers tried to make a classification system for chili species using the Naive Bayes method with the parameters of area, perimeter, axis major length, axis minor length and eccentricity. The system can classify 5 types of chili, namely paprika, katur chili, cayenne pepper, curly chili, large chili. The results of the chili type classification system using the Naive Bayes method obtained the highest accuracy of 92%.}
