		abstract={This study aims to determine the application of the Local Government Accounting Information System in accordance with Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010 as well as the benefits and constraints at the time of the implementation of Analisis The Application of Management Information System, Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting (SIMRAL) at the District Regional Development Planning Agency. The Simral application is a tool for local governments in financial governance. This research method uses qualitative research that is described descriptively. Informants in this study include the finance subdivision, accompanying staff for the preparation of financial statements, and general and staffing subdivisions. Data are obtained by means of structured interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the Management, Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting Information System (SIMRAL) at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Sumenep Regency went well, although sometimes there were technical error problems such as double input in journals and in the BKU of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Sumenep Regency.}
