		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of several types of manure and application of liquid organic fertilizer from lamtoro leaves on vanilla plant seeds (Vanilla planifolia). This research was carried out at the Jember State Polytechnic Land in July ? November 2020. This study used a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) with two factors, the first factor being the type of manure with three levels, namely M0 = control, M1 = cow manure, M2 = goat manure, and the second factor is the application of liquid organic fertilizer from lamtoro leaves with three levels, namely P0 = control, P1 = 25% concentration, P2 = 50% concentration. The results showed that the type of goat manure showed the best results for increasing shoot length, shoot diameter, leaf width and wet weight of vanilla plants. Application of liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 50% gave the best results to increase shoot length, shoot diameter and wet weight of vanilla plants. There was no interaction between the treatment of the type of manure and the application of liquid organic fertilizer of lamtoro leaves. Keywords: Vanilla Seeds, Manure, POC lamtoro leaves}
