		abstract={The mandatory activities of the IKMJJ association are promotion and providing information to the public Various attempts have been made through today's media to increase promotions such as: Instagram, pamphlets, brochures, and Microsoft Office formats but they are deemed insufficient and have limited information formats. The creation of this website-based information system aims to expand and facilitate the association to deliver promotions and information to the public. This making was carried out on March 5, 2020 at the secretariat of the IKMJJ Association. The manufacturing method used is the prototype, because this paper designs an information system that is used for the needs of the information system user. The results of making a website-based information system, in terms of time and cost efficiency, facilitate processing of promotional agenda data, convey information and assist members in carrying out their duties. Prospective users can access from the Paguyuban profile, the IKMJJ agenda, the latest campus world info and download various file formats.}
