		abstract={Research aims to know and identify factors Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities 
and Threats in developing laying breed chicken business at CV Wijoyo Farm in 
Banyuwangi Regency and formulating the form of company development strategy 
implemented by CV Wijoyo Farm. The data collection methods used were
interview observations and questionnaires, then the data was analyzed using 
SWOT Analysis methods, SWOT matrix, IFE, and EFE. Based on the results of the 
study, the rating value obtained by the strength factor is 2.02 and the weakness 
factor is 0.59 so that the IFE value was obtained by 2.61.While from the 
opportunity factor obtained a rating value is 1.08 and a damp factor is 0.31 so as 
to get an EFE value is 1.39. The results put CV Wijoyo Farm in quadrant 1 and 
the development strategy that must be applied is an aggressive growth strategy 
and supported by the SO strategy with increasing production and increasing the 
laying hen population in order to meet the demand for eggs that have not been 
fully met and maximize relationships with customers so as to meet the needs of 
eggs in the market.
