		abstract={Information Systems is the educational system that uses electronic applications to support learning and teaching with the internet , intranet or another computer network media . Information System allows the educational process without going through face to face , and the development of science to students can be done easily . System Information can also shorten the learning time and of course save the cost to be incurred by a course or educational program . In a learning system conducted by Information Management study program , students must come to school to get a lesson , so that students are unable to come to campus will be left behind in following the lessons on campus . Meanwhile , to be able to ask the teacher , the student must come to campus . On the other hand the study program Information Management does not have a means to manage and facilitate the dissemination of articles, papers , and other science aimed at providing free education to the general public . Therefore, it will be created a web-based educational information system on a course -based Information Management Website .
