This aplication is also equip a meaning of Hepatitis disease outline. The knowledge geted from every kind of source like a book, internet, expert people and other. The method is Decision Tree ID3 to give the perfect result for the counting. The purpose of this research is make an aplication that can diagnose Hepatitis Disease and give the result. Beside diagnosing, this aplication also give a few knowledge about Hepatitis disease than can be usefull for the user. This aplication is a mobile aplication that can be useing in every where and every time. In building of this aplication it use UML (Unified Modeling Language) that consist Usecase Diagram, Activity Diagram, Statechart Diagram, Sequensial Diagram, Class Diagram. And than in the proses of make this aplication, it use java program language and Eclipse Aplication.}
