One of alternative food with source of BCAA and albumin for patients with liver cirrhosis are kecipir sprouts flour and snakehead flour. The purpose of this study was to produce enteral formula made of from kecipir sprouts flour and snakehead flour for patients with liver cirrhosis which is equivalent to the commercial formula. This research used True Experimental by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatment factors and 3 times of replication. The treatment applied was the ratio between of kecipir sprouts flour : snakehead flour in each treatment sequence was P0 (0% : 0%), P1 (50% : 50%), P2 (60% : 40%), P3 (70% : 30%), P4 (80% : 20%) dan P5 (90% : 10%). Variables measured in this study is a viscosity, energy, nutrition content, AARC content, and zinc content by empiris. These results indicate if there is a significant difference (p <0.05) for each variable. The results obtained are treated P5 has Nh (return value) is highest with a ratio of 1,005 kecipir sprouts flour and snakehead flour by 90%: 10%. The conclusion of this study is the application of kecipir sprouts and snakehead flour in formula diet liver cirrhosis has a significant effect to the energy content, nutrition content, AARC content, zinc content and viscosity.} }
