Abstract :
In an effort to increase the distribution of electricity, regular monitoring is needed by PLN as the only provider of electricity to distribution customers as users of electricity services. In this thesis will be discussed about the study of energy losses due to the loss of 1 phase Contact to customers 345 kva at PT.
PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana pelanggan (UP3) Bekasi using quantitative descriptive method. The data studied is based on the problem of loss contact which is for 10 days through AMR data. From the results of the research, it was found that from AMR PLN could find out the customers indicated as having a
loss contact problem by looking at the phasor diagram and load the customer's profile. Furthermore, in a single phase condition that is unreadable by AMR, customers are charged a follow-up bill of readable energy of 4.503,783 kWh and a fee of Rp. 5.100.704,76
