Abstract :
PLTU is one of electricity producers who are relied to be able to meet electricity needs in Indonesia. PLTU Indramayu is one of the programs to accelerated energy diversification (PPDE) 10.000 MW stage one with a total power 990 MW (3 unit x 330 MW). One of the main parts that has an important role is the boiler so that a good control system is needed to maintain the performance of the boiler, especially in the steam temperature control section. In this thesis will be discussed about analisys boiler performance of steam temperature parameter on outlet superheater in unit 1 PLTU Indramayu which aims to minimize the failure that may occur in the boiler and turbin, and maintain the steam temperature to remain in the desired range so as not to cause damage to each component unit. From the data that has been obtained, the calculation of variance and error control is carried out at a load constant for a certain period. From the calculation results obtained by the performance of the outlet superheater steam temperature control system based on variance of 3.62% and this variance result has not met world standars, so the control performance needs to be improved. Based on error control calculations, the highest error value is 1% and this result shows the performance of the control system in a good classification.
