Abstract :
With the increasing needs of electrical energy, it increased the need for fossil fuels for power generation that led to the decline in current fossil fuels and also increasingly expensive. With the use of renewable energy, one of which is solar energy can be used as one of the sources of environmentally friendly alternative energy. Rooftop solar power plants with an on ? grid system can reduce the amount of electricity bills every month, making it more efficient. With the issuance of ministerial regulation of ESDM number 49 year 2018 regarding the use of solar roofing system for consumer PT. PLN (PERSERO). Utilization of Rooftop PLTS on-grid, where the production of electricity power PLTS excess from its own use can be sold to PLN by referring to the calculation of export-import electricity recorded in the meter kWh Export-import. Based on the results of the authors ' research on PLTS 15 kWp rooftop at SD Inpres Bunaken gave less interesting results, because the performance of PLTS the rooftop is very far from the plan of 19.23 kWh per day which is calculated to produce 47,60 kWh. In addition, the sale price of electricity to PLN with an excess production formula X (65% x S Tariff (Rp. 123/kWh)) is far from the word profit. For it is necessary to review the ministerial regulation of ESDM No. 49/2018 especially at S rate for potential efficiency can be achieved.
