Abstract :
The electrical distribution systems have a major problem which is how to deal with interference quickly, because disturbances in the electric power system occur a lot in the distribution system so that it effects the quality of reliability which can be seen from how often there are blackouts and the length of outages that occur in a certain period of time. The electrical system in PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Cikokol requires a reliable system so that handling of disturbances can be done appropriately and can minimize the impact of outages that cause ENS (Energy Not Sale), then the system SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) is a regulatory system that is capable of being operated in real time. Based on research conducted, the addition of SCADA system facilities as an effort to improve the reliability of the distribution network by comparing reliability parameters SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) and SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) in January to June 2018 and 2019 very important to do so as to improve the quality of service to consumers, for the SAIFI,SAIDI in 2018 was 0,38 times/customer and 34,02 minutes/customer while in 2019 SAIFI,SAIDI was 0,24 times/customer and 23,09 minutes/customer. ENS value 2018 is Rp.975,025,167,60. In 2019 is Rp.411,960,869,10. And can be minimize by Rp.563,064,296,5.
