Abstract :
In the process of supplying electricity in a medium voltage distribution network, especially with regard to large customers with connecting power above 200 kVA reliability issues are problems that require special attention. This is related to the production process that takes place at the customer, because the interaction of the power supply can interfere with the production process and can further damage the products that are being made by the customer. In view of this, the company subscribes to the platinum premium medium voltage with an installed power of 3258 kVA so that the customer is a type of medium-class I-3 tariff group, which receives electricity supply from the Cibinong GI and Semen Baru GI and distribution substations, namely FIM substations on merpati feeders and conch feeders. In distributing electrical energy, of course the quality of service is demanded to be stable, so we need to pay attention to the reliability index, namely SAIDI and SAIFI. To do this, there are several techniques that will be discussed in this paper
