Abstract :
Unit price is the sum of the price of materials, labor and equipment based on the calculation analysis. The unit price calculates the price per each job. It shall be computed by multiplying coefficient between the index and the volume of work. In preparing the unit price is required data that supports such images bestek, RAB contractor offers, price lists of materials and wages in the research area. In this research is the method of calculation used SNI, BOW and Field. Each of these methods has a different index. From the calculation results obtained employment unit price for each method that is SNI Rp. BOW 2,355,192 to Rp 6,517,165 and Rp Field. 2784007. Comparison of the results obtained, it appears that the method SNI and Field is much more effective and efficient compared with the index due to the BOW method labor coefficient at BOW bigger method compared to the other methods.
