Abstract :
Electric lighting installation is a very basic thing of a dwelling or other building, so the building can be a building that has a function as we want, the lighting installation had to be properly addressed and should be in accordance with existing standards. In Indonesia alone, the design of the installation of lighting / electricity is set in the General Requirements for Electrical Installations(PUIL) in 2011. In so doing set design and lighting power usage as well as the electrical load in this case is intended to create a space that is comfortable with efficient power usage and not excessive. It refers also to the energy savings, thus spending more economical cost. Major goals and objectives of a design of electrical installations in the home is the electrical energy needs at home are fulfilled through the addition of power in the future, ensuring the safety of all users of electrical energy at home are, facilitate all activities and the activities carried out at home, the distribution system of electricity saving energy and highly efficient. From the results obtained have cable NYM with various sizes of 3x4 mm2 2x2,5 mm2,
