Abstract :
PLN provides a variety of services including premium customer service, where in this service customers will be given the benefit of continuous distribution of electricity by sending directly supplied by special feeders in the form of parallel, because feeders are in the form of parallel so when there is an relay non directional that is attached will feel the disturbance and then instruct the PMT to trip, so that a trip occurs simultaneously in both feeders due to the relay being unable to coordinate properly, the solution can be installed relay with directional element at the end of the network close to GH so that when there is interference current flows in both feeder relay directions will work only if the elements of the current is already in accordance with settinganya so that relay directional able to coordinate with the relay non directional that is beginning feeder so that in the event of disruption only disturbed feeder are extinguished and healthy feeders can keep operating. With the coordination of relays non directional as follows at the beginning of feeder given a longer working time 0,4s, 0,3s than directional relays with working time 0,1s. directional relays trending will have to coordinate with the relay non directional on feeders other so that when an interruption occurs and relay more directional criteria are met then the relay will give orders PMT trip, so the end of the feeder bothered going open circuit, that can make current gone on the another line, relay non directional on feeder others will not work. Non directional relays on the same feeder wait 0,4s to work so that only the affected feeders are experiencing outages.
