Abstract :
PLN Rayon Wamena had a growth rate of consumer very quickly with the fuel consumption levels are constantly changing from time to time . Regular usage patterns have become the benchmark for determining the consumption forecasts in the future. To obtain usage patterns typically seen only using the actual data that has been provided . The problems and try to overcome the author by making a simulation using methods ADALINE electricity consumption and the Fuzzy. Both of these methods will produce a pattern in the form of graphs that follow the data normalization and data exercises that have been tested using an artificial nervous system . Testing of these two methods can show which method is most appropriate to wear look for patterns of usage in the time to come through to replace the actual data with random data.
