Abstract :
PLN Jakarta Technical High School is one of the educational institutions such as universities under the auspices of YPK PLN. The existence of academic information system for students STT PLN Jakarta can not be a good means to monitor the progress of student-quality. It is caused by constraints in data processing maximize students. The solution of the problem-solving such cases is to create a web-based add-on applications to process data into information that is required. The existence of this system, is expected to renew the old system to the new system, so the data processing students will be faster, more accurate and the information generated will be higher quality and value. The methodology used in this design using prototyping models. is a simple process modeling software that allows the user to have a basic overview of the program and initial testing. Prototyping provides facilities for developers and users to interact during the manufacturing process, so that developers can easily model the software that will be made.
