Abstract :
Network distribution system in Kampung Desa Jaya Turi Segeramakmur including working area of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Marunda. In this region the number of connection points generated exceeds the standards gained as much
as 19 tug, which is based PUIL 2010 states that in the Customer Service Line (CSL) can be connected up to 5 customers. If residential connections (RC) does not comply with construction standards PLN distribution network then it can cause power losses in the PLN and the voltage drop on the customer. Based onthe results of measurements and calculations have been carried out by comparing the 5 customers are house code 12, code 19 houses, house code 50, code 86 houses, and the house code 103, then obtained the power losses amounted to 517.23 watts, watt 1280.38, 332 , 59 watts, watt 457.07, 221.93
watts and a voltage drop of 15.98%, 21.19%, 19.35%, 18.85%, 14.28%. After looking at the data this proves that residential connections (RC) are not standardized cause a voltage drop and power loss. To solve it is to do the expansion of the network, in order to obtain a decrease power loss of 0.80 watts, 8.90 watts, 15.31 watts, 1.19 watts and 39.48 watts and decrease the
voltage drop amounting to 0.045%, 0.045%, 0.09%, 0.045%, 0.136%.
