Abstract :
One of the parameters is the distribution reliability SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index). The smaller the index value, the system will be considered more reliable, which indicates that its efficiency is high. But sometimes the value of a parameter SAIDI reliability, has not reached the
desired standard. The cause is the investigation process interruption or a long recovery time. In this study, will be discussed on Placement Optimization Circuit Breaker Outgoing To Minimize SAIDI IN. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bandengan. Placement of an effective circuit breaker, able to reduce the investigation time so as to decrease the SAIDI interference. From these studies it is known that
the placement of the circuit breaker is the most optimal outgoing on feeder ½ position because in this position, allowing time disturbances balanced investigation during disturbances and interference direction toward the top
down, 54 minutes and SAIDI values obtained during disturbances towards the bottom is 31 minutes, and 21 minutes when the interference towards the top. At
the time of the CBO cubicles placed on ¼ feeder, SAIDI value that is obtained when interference direction toward the top and bottom of each 5.5 minutes and 60 minutes. And the position of ¾ feeder SAIDI value upwards and downwards
