Marmagati Technology Mandiri is still having difficulties when running its rental and selling property business because the time needed to deliver property information to customers and get information according to the customer's wishes is still not up to date or less up-to-date. significant, In the problems faced by PT. Marmagati Teknologi Mandiri then made a dynamic and efficient web-based information system application to facilitate PT. Marmagati Teknologi Mandiri so as to minimize the time of customers to get property information data anywhere while still connected and the reach of the internet, The creation of brochure visualization on alternative media for leasing and selling property, becoming a good and attractive marketing media in business and the creation of ease of delivery of information by PT.
