Abstract :
Based SK Menpan number : KEP / 25 / M.PAN / 2/2004 on general guidelines for the preparation of community satisfaction index service unit of government agencies , because the system that runs the procedures for data collection requires time and place , the authors intend to make the system of calculating the value of satisfaction index web -based society , where the concept of the system is put on the calculations in accordance with the guidelines contained in the SK Menpan. In designing the system of calculating the value of community satisfaction index , the authors use the waterfall method where this method is a method of software development systematic suitable in making the design of web-based, this design also adjust the needs of the needs of the existing system on the waterfall method , namely the definition kebututhan , system design and software , implementation and unit testing , integration and system testing , and operation and maintenance. The system design aims to calculate the value of community satisfaction index (HPI) after a survey carried out by the public or the user. This system is designed using web-based programming language that is PHP and Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 and MySql as a forum to build database applications, besides this application utilizes Internet media.
