Abstract :
Chatbot is one of the applications in the field of natural language processing or Natural Language Processing (NLP) which can do conversation with humans. Chatbot allows interaction between humans and computers can be done with natural language through the medium of writing or sound. One of the ways used in the processing of the writings in the chatbot is by matching patterns (pattern matching). Patterns that may be discovered during the process of conversation are stored as plain text in the form of knowledge or data base. This research do answering machine design Admissions Information STT ? PLN. This research was conducted at the high school of Engineering ? PT. PLN (Persero). In designing the system, the author uses the method of development of the waterfall. The author wants to do to the system development process faqs related admissions (PMB) between Prospective Freshmen STT ? PLN with Publicist STT ? PLN using PHP programming and HTML. The results achieved in this study that is able to respond quickly and appropriately automatically all the questions asked by prospective new students related the implementation of PMB STT ? PLN, and provides a medium that is more practical for the candidate new students in filing related questions PMB ? PLN STT. Machine or this Bot never rest so that whenever the question submitted, then the bot is always ready to answer them.
