Abstract :
The Ministry of Public Works (PU) through the Directorate General of Human Settlements has an idea to achieve the realization of a livable and sustainable settlement to conduct learning activities. At each activity the need for reporting corruption as a follow up of corruption and the technical guidance of the university has been working with the Ministry of Public Works. Therefore, researchers make an electronic reporting system as a facility for monitoring and evaluating the students for service learning activities that aims to make the reporting system are operating effectively and defficiently. The research using waterfall method. Steps in the research includes the identification of problems in the system of monitoring and evaluation, data collection based on interviews and case studies to the Ministry of Public Works and university partners, the analysis system is running and analysis of the proposed system, the design and manufacture using programming languages HTML, PHP, and MySQL database and testing of the system using the method of black box testing. This research resulted in the monitoring and evaluation system at the Ministry of Public Works service learning activities that assist in the reporting process and obtain information related to service learning activities. The data to be reported by the student that member data corruption, village data, draft schedule, and the final report of the service learning activities. Conclusion of the Ministry of Public Works to monitor and evaluate the learning activities to be considered for further learning activities.
