Abstract :
first, Health, air pollution and noise pollution (noise), the effect is very influential on environmental issues, the Second, the accident triggered by congestion, which must issue a Cost accidents, Third, Economic costs, namely congestion makes the vehicle speed slows down so that increased fuel usage due to the engine running. The method used to determine the condition of the road is the priority value by using the method of Highways which can be used as a reference in determining what kind of maintenance and proper handling to be implemented on the road. Therefore, Roads damaged handled in accordance with the type of road damage and also tailored to their maintenance program, be it a routine maintenance program, Periodical, and Improvement.
