Abstract :
Activities of inpatient and outpatient in a hospital is a routine activity undertaken. At this event, which starts from registration (check-in) to come out (check-out). the data management of inpatient and outpatient there are still users who still do manually. Manual is meant here in the form of checking the rooms and doctor's schedule is still on the books status. At the writing of this application using SDLC (System Development Life Cycle ) . SDLC (System Development Life Cycle ) is a phased approach to analyze and establish the system design . At this writer using the waterfall model of the SDLC process , because the waterfall model is a systematic approach and sequence ranging from the level of system analysis , system design , system implementation , up to the level of operation and maintenance With the web-based applications is expected to facilitate the Bima district general hospitals, especially the receptionist in data processing inpatient and outpatient electronically.
