Abstract :
Activities construction of diversion of Ciliwung to East Flood Canal is estimated to have an impact on the environment around them. With reference to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32 of 2009 on the Protection and Management of the Environment, Government Regulation No. 27 of 2012 on Environmental Permits, as well as the Regulation of Minister Environment No. 05 of 2012 on the business type and / or activities that are required to have Analysis Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), the activities construction of diversion of Ciliwung to East Flood Canal is an mandatory activities EIA affected. Based on this, we need a study on the environmental impact of what happens to the construction of diversion Ciliwung River to the East Flood Canal and the evaluation of the impact of economic and social aspects of building construction while Arriving Shaft.
