Abstract :
Pile is one type of foundation that serves to distribute the load on the structureto hard soil that has a high carrying capacity that is located deep enough in the ground. In Soho and Brooklyn Apartment project in the desaign using bored pile foundation with varying dephts and diametres of 100 cm. Bored pile foundation is the mounting pile with drill ground at the beginning of the process. Pole mounted drill into the ground first, and then filled with reinforcement and in the cast. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze and comparenthe timing of bored pile foundation with pile foundation, comparing the cost of implementation of bored pile foundation work with piles with calculting the carrying of capacity bored pile foundation with pile using a formula based mayerhoff on Standard Penetration Test (SPT). From the calculation result obtained by the load carrying capacity of the difference borne by the foundation as well as differences in execution time. Bored pile foundation can be finish ini 152 days, while the stake can be completed within 59 days with2 (two) drill tool and 2 (two) tool stake.
